Core Loss Tester

S30 and S30S Series: Stacks built with punched laminations can have lot of quality issues. Even though the lamination material is tested in sheet format before any process, that alone is not sufficient to guarantee good quality stators. Wear and tear of the punch, bad welding, bad insulating coating in annealing add to the magnetic losses in the stator. It is always advisable to test the stator core in it’s final format before winding to ensure good quality throughout the production batch.

Magnet And Powder Tester

H30 Series: AlniCo, Ferrite, NdFeB, SmCo5, Sm2Co17 magnets are tested and their B-H and MH loops are plotted using Ferrites India make H30 series hysteresis loop tracers. The complete system consists of a magnetizer to magnetize the test piece, an electromagnet and a BH Loop Plotter. Magnets with coercivity as high as 13 kOe and more can also be tested.

Magnetostriction

BHLT 1121 Series: The equipment is capable of taking measurements of magnetostriction on materials when exposed to DC magnetic fields. The equipment takes measurements at near DC frequency The equipment is PC based and operates on Windows7 platform. It uses monitor as output device while inputs are made through keyboard and mouse. Entire operation of the equipment is through mouse and keyboard. Plot of complete cycle of strain Vs magnetic field is measured and displayed.
